Talorys is a newly surfaced open-source personal agent that packages persistent memory, tasks, notes, projects, and scheduled reminders into a one-command deployment on the user’s Cloudflare account, using Workers, Workers AI, Durable Objects/SQLite, and Pages. Its MIT-licensed, single-user architecture targets the free tier and removes the need to operate a VPS, while remaining dependent on Cloudflare-hosted infrastructure (so “self-hosted” here means deployed in your own account, not on your own hardware). The project is early; the HN launch thread drew substantial discussion, including debate over that distinction.
